I hope the gifts of the session are coalescing for you as they are for me. It was good to honour the ups and let go of the downs, to receive the resilience of the lessons learned, and to step, with curiosity, into a year of Renewal and Revelation.

Begin​
We opened our session to Playlist Song 1: Bayethe an invitation to acknowledge yourself - your thoughts, feelings, energy, and how settled or unsettled you are. See it all as a starting point

Set your intention​
Serve your highest good. Draw a line in the sand on 2025. Open to that strange pull of what you would really love to paraphrase Rumi.

Reflect on 2025​
(Optional) Listen to Playlist Songs 2: Daniel’s Joik as you reflect on 2025. Spend some time capturing the essence of your year through drawing or writing, using the journalling prompts to guide your reflection.

• What were your highlights?
• What did you learn?
• How did you change or transform?
• What no longer serves you?

Sign off 2025​
Be the artist. Sign and date your notes, completing this chapter, and prepare to direct your energy into the year ahead.

Draw in 2026​
Listen to Playlist Songs 3–5: Farewell To The Sea, Calvary Theme, A Dream For The Wild Introduction (approx. 9 minutes). Draw what wants to come through you.

Viewing your work

• Look at it straight on - what do you see?
• Turn 90° to the right - what do you feel?
• Turn 90° again - what is emerging for 2026?
• Turn 90° again - what message comes from your spirit?
• Turn back to the start - what is your WORD for the year ahead?

This is a creative soil-turning exercise. There is no “doing” to be done - simply absorb, assimilate and allow the unfolding.
